Despite not exactly following my diet plan, I've already managed to lose 4 or 5 kilograms as of now. PE lessons are only once in a week, but even that helps me rebuild my stamina. I don't think I'll end up a twig, but at least I'll finally be able to fit in alt fashion clothes haha. Who knows, maybe I'll have a nice bikini body by August if I stick to my diet and suppliments?

I have started my diet, and so far it's going okay-ish, but I already feel hungry despite the supposedly adequate nutrition. Maybe I just need to wait for my body to adapt, or drink more water...
The upside is that it encourages me to do my own cooking instead of just eating at restaurants and fast food places.

It's still February, but at this point making a February journal just to have to make a next one immediately is pointless in my opinion, so enjoy an early March journal...
I'm so fucking pissed right now as I had to reinstall my browser just to get it to play videos on YouTube, and as a result I have my bookmarks yeeted away for good. What pisses me off more is that my browser is a debloated fork of Chromium and not the original one, so to my knowledge it had to be one of the settings bugging out.
